For the first time in a long time, I was actually really excited about scrapbooking. I'm really excited to share this one with you because I liked the outcome so much. As I was making this wreath, I came across some chipboard letters in my scrapbook stuff. I thought to myself, "I could wrap these with twine." And that's what I did!! I love it, it just makes the chipboard look so fun and really pop. I wouldn't do this for every page because it does take some time, but it's definitely worth it for a page once in awhile.
I then added buttons to the chipboard. I just glued paper onto clear buttons.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by the other day. I really wish you'd give one of the PIY kits a try. They're designed for people w/absolutely no painting experience.
Not sure how that'd work w/3 busy boys - but it's how I kept my sanity when my 3 were at home!
Awesome job! So creative with the twine.
ReplyDeleteThe twine is adorable!!! What a fabulous idea! I wish I enjoyed scrapbooking more.. but pretty sure I could use this for something else, too!

ReplyDeleteSo cute -- the page and the boys! The twine is an awesome touch. Love the "woodsy" feel of that page.
